not MY Dell

This Dell belongs to another member of my department, and he asked for my help in getting it to connect to the school’s network. It had been connected before, but for some reason it wouldn’t any more.

The school has a firewall in place that requires Windows computers to install and run a firewall client, but either his computer never had the client, or it got deleted somehow.

Oh well, he is reinstalling the whole OS and all the applications he needs, so he can install the firewall client, too.
